🚨 TODAY: We’re in Parliament challenging a pharma deal with the US that could cost the NHS BILLIONS.

This deal was signed behind closed doors, without public debate or a vote in Parliament.

It must be scrapped.

Incredible ad. No wonder the greens are up 50% in polls since Polanski took leadership.

The explosion of the greens in the UK is quite something - they're now well ahead of the LibDems in polls, and within 2pts of Labour and the Conservatives

Reform's rise is not the only story in UK politics
Help us make hope normal again.

Join the Green Party now.

“Danish citizens are organising a huge boycott that includes cancelling planned holidays in the US, cancelling subscriptions to on-demand services based in the US & more generally, recommending the use of EU services instead of those provided by American platforms.”

So, same as Canadians.

It might sound silly, but I mean it: The easiest and most potent way for Europe to hurt Trump this year is to once again use its cultural soft power and to threaten a boycott of the World Cup. It would become a completely meaningless event and would hurt him where he is most vulnerable - his vanity.

2025 was the year corporate political power went into uncontrolled overdrive.
Unless we rise up, and rid ourselves of what can only be described as a cancer on democracy, 2026 will be even worse.

History will record how a non-trivial number of supposedly liberal centrists went along - wittingly or unwittingly - with the transparently McCarthyite scam of the cancel culture/free speech moral panic And in doing so helped pave the way for neo-fascism.
The people who profited most from the cancel culture/free speech panic were less interested in actual freedom of speech than establishing their own control over public discourse. You don't even have to take my word for it. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/2025/1...

These endless polls drive me mad, I seriously think they're damaging because the media jumps on them and they set the agenda. We're told the reason Farage is never off the telly is because these polls indicate he'll be the next PM, it's bonkers. Hitchen was right about polls.

Maybe it's time for US Citizens to look on these ceasefire talks as an excuse for imperial and oligarch policy exchange. The talks, really, are a non-starter. This appears to be more of the same connivance to strip the US people of their democracy. The meetings appear to be nothing, but an excuse.
