Absolutely correct. I only call them "judge" on purpose.

Important analysis of how unelected, unaccountable prison officials have implemented the Reagan Tokes Act.

The city would put on a show. Put it at Union Terminal, plenty of space with a beautiful backdrop. Would be a hit.

When Ohio voters passed Marsy's Law, there is no way they forsaw that law enforcement agencies would invoke it to hide which of their officers gunned someone down in the line of duty.

This is unbelievable. Had I not watched the matches, I'd assume this is a Photoshop.

Absolutely had to allow an exception for a surface parking lot at the former Greyhound depot. Look at all the unmet need for surface parking there is in the river basin.

Celebrating 5 years of marriage today with Maddy. We've survived a pandemic, career changes, and, recently, blown out diapers.

If we can survive that, we can survive anything.

Here's to many more.

Pic of me from my first day of Zoom law school August 2020. We had driven to Loveland the week before to pick up the secondhand desk.

Never used the binders in law school, but they are super useful preparing for trial today!

As reported, the Gregore sale doesn't follow these rules. Right on the edge of full DP/TAM and sold at a loss, but Bogert said the sale generated GAM.

I assume you're referencing the 90-day extension provision. It's not an unconditional extension.

Third condition, not close to being met, at a minimum.

Which brings us back to "dictator shit."

Did you read Trump's amicus brief to the SCOTUS where he asked for a vibes-based delay?

I'm with you that it's an underwhelming signing at the price, but that stat has such high variance it's hard to use to predict.

Just 2 years ago, he's an amazing finisher from the same stat. Over his career, he's essentially right at his xG.

on August 7, 2011, UC police tased and killed Everette Howard. We were both wrestling captains at our high schools, had competed against each other for years, and were both set to go off on college.

He never had the chance because UC police murdered him.

What radicalized you?
