got a 'worse'/much smaller one than other tvs that were the same price as they all had 'A.I.' and nonsensical features dubiously related to picture and sound quality. Hopefully by the time I need another one, the A.I. bubble'll have burst, but I'm sure something even worse'll be in play in addition

I just bought a new tv and haven't bothered setting it up as an actual tv, just a screen for my playstation (which is a blueray player and also accepts USB sticks). It doesn't even have a scart socket though so no VHS fun for me unless I buy a peripheral of some sort. Backwards steps!!!
