This is the point. When you have no DOF, there is no leadership. I agree all clubs that are not part of the cartel are struggling but it should not be used as an excuse for not criticising the way the club is being run at the moment.

I think the funds from the PIF should have been used and still used now. The reason PIF got on board was because they would be an investment tool. PSR has stopped this which is shocking in itself. The club voted for PSR but should have went against this. Baffling.
