Collecting beachglass & watching shorebirds at Wheatley Community Beach, then to The Caldwell First Nation Pow Wow. It was their first ever Competition Pow Wow and marks a historic milestone. Congratulations! #lakeeerie perch for dinner. Thankful for such a beautiful day. #beachday #powwow

A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray. I didn't know this book was YA when I picked it up in a thrift store but it was thoroughly engrossing. Set in India, a Victorian English girl's school and a magical realm, it has strong #feminist themes that I didn't expect. Daily tarot draw. #booksky
