I was eight when my mother got me Might and Magic I for the C64. I hadn't heard of it, and didn't ask for it, but my mom went to the store and asked them what they thought I'd like based on other earlier rpgs like Temple of Apshai.

They had the Captain Pollution version where all the villains got their own evil rings. I used to think the villains in that show were cartoonishly evil and not realistic but that was before the current GOP.
