I don't know what the legal definition of malicious communication is, but this sounds like a made-up excuse to keep them locked up until Trump's gone home, at which point they'll be released without charge.

Everybody seems to think if there's evidence from the Epstein case that incriminates Trump it'll finish him, but do you not think it's more likely that the kind of people who vote for Trump just won't care?

Feel like this little sob story *could* have mentioned that Boyne's Polari nomination came five days after he wrote a piece referring to trans-inclusive women as the evil wives in the Handmaid's Tale, "ready to pin a handmaiden down as her husband rapes her".

Farage and the far right in general come from a grievance culture. If you do what they want, even maximally – Brexit – they’ll move the goalposts and keep moaning. The problem with this ‘let’s weaken our commitment to the ECHR so as to fend off Farage’ plan is that when it doesn’t work, we end up with Farage *and* a weakened commitment to the ECHR at exactly the moment we need the ECHR the most.
