I like your clock. Are you aware that there is a terrifying homunculus in your shrubbery?

But he was arrested on suspicion of incitement to violence, which *is* a crime. How do they know if it's a crime if they're not going to investigate it? Isn't this really them just saying, if you're racist or homophobic or transphobic you've got a free pass to do whatever you want?

That's just reminded me how absolutely bloody brilliant Fiona Shaw was in that show.

Makes me so mad that YouTube are just happily taking their money to peddle obvious scams. Like a thing the size of a matchbox that can heat your whole house for a week for 2.7p. (Electricity companies are furious!) When (if) it arrives it would probably electrocute you or burn your house down.

Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom are amazing. I fired up BOTW "just to see what it's like" and ended up doing an entire playthrough. I'm not really the kind of person who bothers about frame rates and the 30fps on the original never bothered me, but it's *so* much nicer at 60fps.

It used to be part of O-level maths, but it wasn't on GCSE maths. I was part of the first year that did GCSE and everybody who chose A-level maths was screwed because there was such a big gap between GCSE and A-level.

The game itself turned out to be a bit meh, but I remember being absolutely jaw-hit-the-floor the first time I saw the Amiga version of Shadow of the Beast running in a computer shop.

Created by Susan Harris, who went on to create The Golden Girls, which was also more progressive than was usual at the time.

Bought a print from the man himself while he was still with us. I think it's his best one!

They call it the "Progress Van". All their other vans have a different type of fruit or veg on them, so you get an e-mail saying e.g. "Michael in the Apple Van will be there around 10:25". I quite like it when we get the Progress one!

Also the plot of a 1940s crime novel: "... an attempt to flood the United Kingdom with large sums of counterfeit money, which would devalue the pound sterling, cause inflation to skyrocket and destabilise the economy and the government" en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traitor...
