Very happy to host this event at the Research Executive Agency. Many of the great research projects that we fund feeding back their results to policy makers. Adding value to the research of each individual project, great to see. 🧪

🧪 very happy to be in the Drôme region of France today to meet the Gov4all research project, funded by the REA, and to see soil #livinglabs at work. Exciting practical work with farmers and land managers to improve soil health.

🧪Really happy to be at this event today on marine biodiversity, 30 research projects funded by REA coming together to discuss their work and feed back their evidence to policy makers. Thanks to my colleagues who have organised the event together with BioAgora Project.

🧪looking forward to today’s event. Research projects funded by #REA #HorizonEurope have ready-to-use Nature Based Solutions available to improve European habitats, today we are considering how to convince local and national authorities to adopt them. A great challenge, a great opportunity.

Today are the kick off meetings of 17 new projects funded by the European Research Executive Agency (REA) under the Agricultural Promotion scheme. These projects promote EU quality labels, quality foods and sustainable production methods. #AGRIP #ENJOYITSFROMEUROPE 🧪

High quality plastics for food packaging are difficult to sort and recycle. The CIRCULAR FoodPack project, financed by #REA under the EUs #HorizonEurope programme has produced major advances in knowledge of #recycling and #re-use.

This week funding proposals for the Research Fund for Coal and Steel annual call will be evaluated. 85 research projects assessed by nearly 100 independent experts to select the 20-30 best ones. A big exercise for my colleagues but so important to ensure that the very best proposals are funded.
