I live in fear at Victory Tower. Crime in bldg: thefts, drugs & violence against women in Takoma Park,MD. Hit by drug dealer on my disabled right arm & tackled by drug user blocking me grabbing arm; pulling, pressing shoulder & trying to press me 2 floor & steal my purse. It still hurts. No Security
