UAE and Saudi are already commited to geoengineering. UAE is doing cloud seeding for years. In July there was huge storm in Dubai that was linked to the cloud seeding. SA wants to transform into "green paradise" whatever that means.

I do not understand why is everyone up in arms over BRICS, that whole org consists of strange countries that have no prospects near or mid term. And their agenda to get rid of USD hegemony is naive. I wonder if they even believe it.

I'm really surprised by Biden foreign policy. Thought he will be weak as Obama FP was not that good. But he is seriously really impressive. But him signing partnership with Vietnam and putting Japan and Korea into the room to discuss cooperation. Really good steps to assure they stay align.
