I was thinking the same thing. This year I tried using soft warm Brie cheese on a warm, fresh, soft bun. It was delicious.

especially if it's on warm, freshly baked bread.

I prefer Thanksgiving leftovers to the actual meal. I never seem to have the time to really enjoy my Thanksgiving dinner. Especially if I had to spend days preparing it. Thankfully something I haven't had to do in years.
