I don't want to say how long it took me to realize my route in Astro wasn't working because I capitalized the component name instead of keeping it lowercase as I designated in the config file...

For me, I have to re-learn how the JavaScript engine and runtimes work. Here's what I used to refresh the memory this morning.

@bobziroll.bsky.social & @scrimba.bsky.social, if its more helpful, another example is in the "Type orderQueue" lesson around the 1:50 mark.

The challenge talks about fixing warnings and seeing errors that don't actually show up anymore.
@bobziroll.bsky.social & @scrimba.bsky.social , huge thanks for the awesome learning material!

I wanted to point out that the Learn-Typescript course may need updating. During the "Defensive Coding" part, Bob talks about an error on line 18 that doesn't show up anymore.

Thanks again, cheers 🍻

Big fan of Netlify, used it to deploy my last two websites. Interesting to see the frontend framework data for the year.

This is a great, comprehensive retrospective by @philippeserhal.com of the incredible amount of stuff that happened in the world of frontend frameworks last year. I missed this when it was first posted, so thanks @patak.dev for reposting it!
Hey, remember 2024? I know it was ages ago already, but I just got around to writing about all the movement in frameworks last year. There was... a lot, but we did our best to keep up with it all @netlify.com. Catch up on the highlights with a 5-minute read.

This is awesilarious.
I put JavaScript on my Roomba.

This might be the stupidest video you watch all week, but I promise you'll either learn something or be entertained.

Full build now up!

I graduated from the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy late last year.

In efforts to give my honest take on the experience, I wrote the final installment of my blog series on #MSSA, titled “MSSA Complete.”

Make a blog and you own your content and can host it wherever you want. A nice static Astro site can be hosted basically anywhere, no oligarchs required.

Fitness at 30 is where I've started caring more about my life long health vs. the amount of weight on my bar.
