I’d like to believe that, but I have the entirety of human history thus far telling me that this is how it is and this is how it will always be. This does not mean progress can’t be made and people protected, but it will always be a battle.

She was playing both sides without any doubt and it didn’t work out for her. You should never believe the promises politicians make, you find true intentions in their past decision making. What they do is who they actually are.

Because we are a pro Israel nation and she would need to operate in the grey area to actually change things. All effective politicians are liars, either directly or by omission.

I have friends that didn’t vote in key swing states and I take the time to occasionally remind them that this is their fault for foolishly thinking that Kamala Harris could say a word against Israel without committing political suicide. The simply cannot comprehend political nuance.

If they took the time to take anthropology and geography classes at their local community college they would learn very quickly how big of an entitled asswipe they’re being. Like people who think we should start a communist revolution, they are blinded by idealism and are politically illiterate.

They should have driven Russia to its knees during the Biden Presidency. Could have made it like Kosovo and Serbia and ended it with a targeted missile strike to force them into compliance. Putin would have to choose between fighting the entire world or backing the fuck off.

I’m fucking shocked! It’s almost like they just wanted to punish poor people, women, and POC by denying them a medical procedure! They’ve been so kind to them in the past I just can’t believe it!

I mean we were warned of a pandemic happening and us being unprepared decades ago and then they defunded the programs to prevent a pandemic from being catastrophic. I think they simply don’t care. Eventually it will be something with a higher mortality rate and it’ll be too late.

It’s posturing, they don’t actually care. If they did, they wouldn’t be doing this. They’re hoping they can get enough robots an AI artists to make us redundant for all except agriculture which we don’t need an education to perform. Don’t need to know how to talk to pick crops.

I think Trump siding with Russia and Elon undermining our Constitutional Republic would very much concern you since you want us to “Remain a constitutional republic”. Also, Musk literally said these things so it’s hard to question the validity of something we literally heard from his mouth.

We never betrayed Ukraine, we still support Ukraine. Trump and his strong man cultists betrayed not only Ukraine, but the U.S. as well. Trump got elected the same way Putin did, he created an imaginary crisis and offered himself as the solution.

No it’s no joke… I told my Russian friend (He lives in Russia currently so not a lot of information reaches him) that Trump would freeze or eliminate Federal funding that allow me to do my job (taking care of people with disabilities) and I would likely lose my job and his mind was blown.
