Yikes. If I was in government and in any way involved with this I'd be getting some independent legal advice, ie - not from government lawyers, but from criminal defense lawyers with ICL experience, asap.

We gathered some ancient sea glass, and as we left we spotted two garter snakes - they must also have been like "only chance to touch this ground in years.."
