Oh, not endorsing this at all. Just that they've been shooting up churches and abortion clinics and whatnot without anyone shooting at them

I also misspoke. It's statutes that have largely modernized paternity in surrogacy. Not my wheelhouse but I remember all the cle materials on it when the laws started getting passed

I think the bigger issue is what state is this in? Like, there's a set of case law regarding the paternity. If this is a state where surrogates aren't parents, this lady couldn't even be the kid's mom even if she wanted it.
