There is special election on Tuesday to replace Rep Sylvester Turner who died in office. The most likely winner will be a Dem, but after this election, there will be 2 reps to be sworn in. Hopefully this will put more pressure on Mike Johnson to swear in Grijalva as well as the new rep.

I reported a comment on TikTok that was the usual drivel about how all Dems are fascists and pedophiles. It was not taken down and did not violate community guidelines.

Has anyone noticed that TikTok is already moving to the right? I made a comment on a video about FedEx governor Lisa Cook. It said only 'the federal attorney's office has proven there is no mortgage fraud' . It was reported and taken down for violating community guidelines. How is truth wrong?

I just read that Charlie Kirk's killer has been apprehended. Kash Patel said it was great police work. The thing is, the story said the killer confessed to a family member who told a friend. The friend told the police. The FBI really did great work to get that to happen.

I just read in the Texas Tribune, Tarrant county commissioners (Fort Worth), just voted to eliminate 100 polling places on Election Day and reduce the number of early voting locations. The city just became the latest 1,000,000 person city in Texas. They really are trying to make it harder to vote.

In 1988, I was in Vienna Austria. I would walk around the downtown area & see police w/ AK47s and think, 'I'm glad the US is not like this.' In 1999, I was in Abu Dhabi during an oil ministers meeting. There were soldiers every 50 ft w/ AK 47s, & thought the same. Now, we have devolved to this.

Didn't I read yesterday that the Japanese financial minister is threatening to sell it's $1 trillion dollar investment in US treasury bonds. This may sound boring, but it should be headline news. It will kill the US dollar.

Just watched ABC on the NOLA incident. Talked about what the prez & prez-elect said. They only said Trump sent condolences. They totally left out the part that he blamed it on illegal immigrants & said crime rates are up. Good example of how Big Media normalizes him.
