I need to see this film. I waited too long and missed it in theaters and I don't think it's streaming where I can see it.

Lentils can be delicious when prepared properly. We had dinner at an Ethiopian place last night and our platter included two lentil dishes, one spicy and coarse and one pureed and savory that was magnificent.

I recall having to start cutting down on some foods several days out, like seeds, but the clear food diet was only one day. I'd say share Steven's protocol with your doctor and ask why the discrepancy.

I watched the first two episodes and loved it but have been distracted since. I plan to finish out the season soon, hopefully.
