It’s really sad and it’s because the communities that need the most help have a majority that is cheering all of this on. Maybe one day they will learn of their mistake when no one remains to help them or care.

Well it’s the type of fresh hell I’d try at least once.

Academic reading for the win!

I got a really awesome group I’ve started working with that are interested in population change impacts on local communities. We are approaching it from a resilience angle not wholly embedded in natural disaster.

SHP is a mess. There are so many small changes that could make a difference. Like why does insuring one dependent cost the EXACT SAME as 5 kids or more? Why are hair plugs even accepted as medically necessary (with a note)?? Sad part is that it’s supposedly a good plan.

Amazing trash.

I finally had someone that was in denial of how bad things are going to be finally admit that they now understand why everyone was saying that he’s crazy and unhinged. 🙃
