Apparently, the femoral intercondylar notch at the bottom of the femur is meant to be narrower in women's knees. I'm not sure how noticeable the difference is. It is thought to be one of the reasons why women are more prone to ACL injuries.

What I notice most is that noise levels seem to rise.

Which part? They seem to like the railway arches.

You can call them that. Around here, though, we know them as “disco ducks”—a name my son gave them when he was six.

I've found that I just experience the world in a different way. It feels like dialling the volume down. I'm still exactly the same person, just less stressed and over stimulated.

Blood tests are only taken in certain circumstances. I didn't need to have them, which I was pleased about, as I also have a needle phobia. www.healthharmonieminds.co.uk/faq/do-i-nee...)

I went the RTC route & pay the standard prescription rate of £9.90. I'm still with a private service provider after 1.5 years as my GP has refused shared care. The provision of support services seems really haphazard, random & disjointed, which is the last thing you need if you have ADHD. Good luck!

The waiting times have gone up a lot recently. If you have the option to go down the right to choose route, this can sometimes speed things up. I hope they work as well for you as they do for me. Good luck.

Why don't you speak to them. You might pick up non-verbal signs of why your comms are not having the effect you wished. Maybe they do comprehend, but don't appreciate your condescending tone.

Earlier today I saw about 50 around a mill pond by Langstone Harbour near Hayling Island. It looked like a scene from the film African Queen. Absolutely stunning. The picture from my phone doesn't do it justice.
