Memoirist. Therapeutic writing is my jam. Also a keen participant in the smashing of the patriarchy, and tending to the mess it's made.
In a scary world, taking time to write eases my mind and soothes my heart. We can't fix it all today, but we can keep realigning to our values and take action from there.

Workshop vibes are my favourite vibes. Writing deep. Finding flow. Feeling connection.

A thing that has been very frustrating the last month is watching abled folks be shocked by the Trump admin’s attacks on the disabled. Because we’ve been screaming about our oppression for decades and warning about this happening. It just confirms that nobody listens to us.

Because it's V-Day this week, it's the perfect time to share one of my fave excerpts from the funny, feminist, dating memoir I'm writing.

Here you go friends, in case you end up on a date with him at some point: How to Manage Misogyny on Valentine's Day.

Please watch this short film, something Zeteo is so proud to have commissioned, of a Palestinian family trying to return to their destroyed home in northern Gaza.

Powerful. Heartbreaking. Infuriating.

Maybe take a little time to journal today... Expressing your thoughts and feelings on the page reduces physical and emotional stress. In times like these, we need to take care of ourselves so we can take positive action in the world.
