The elevated vantage point in question. When I first moved to Aberdeen in the late nineties, the mound was covered in roses. I presume it took too much upkeep so they grassed it over.

I got my first Irish passport a few months ago. As well as the importance of the symbolism of having it, the actual physical object is a thing of beauty.
