Exercise improves my life with Parkinson’s so much. Did boxing today-very tough but feel great afterwards! Walk tomorrow. Never ever give up- ever.

Told a terrible story of a man not getting his Parkinson’s medication on time whilst a patient in hospital. It’s so important to get the medication at the time prescribed.
