There are some English collections of letters from different periods but none from the exact period that this letter is from. Schopenhauer and his mother famously did not get along well (there are a couple of letters that pretty regularly appear in the literature that attest to this)

I thought I tracked it down before initially, but the letter appears in several Schopenhauer biographies, either in whole or part. I can't find a whole collection from the period. Pretty much everything I find cites a German source.
