I know is that it is a mark of good leadership and humanity to reflect, apologise, repent, and learn. It is also a mark of humility. I make shedloads of errors and mistakes in my role as a vicar. I hope that I learn from them, and I hope when I do people afford me the grace that I need to flourish.
