Getting below 20% body fat and starting to see the definition in my upper arms has me feeling good about my progress. Hoping to be down atleast 1% body fat per month to reach my next goal.

How it started vs how its going. Im super proud of myself for the commitment Ive shown toward getting healthy. My goal has changed since the start, I originally wanted to just get down to 250lbs but now I want to see if I can hit 10% body fat over all.

Found a few guys on my ride while breaking in the new bike. Had a lot of fun riding with some new people. Its great to see so many different styles of bikes riding together without any of the drama. Sport, Naked, ADV, and cruiser just enjoying two wheels.
