Getting below 20% body fat and starting to see the definition in my upper arms has me feeling good about my progress. Hoping to be down atleast 1% body fat per month to reach my next goal.

A lot of guys use OF for the obvious, I use it to ask for family friendly photos and smiles to confuse and create chaos. We are not the same. I get blocked a lot XD

Ive been so focused on getting healthy that I've neglected painting and other hobbies. But that's ok, once im happy with where I am physically I can get back to all the other things that bring me joy.

Would love to buy some Alpinestars Supertech R boots, but they dont make them in a US size 15 or EU 50, So I guess I'll never have top spec track boots from them. Which sucks cause I like the fit and finish of their other boots a lot. #motosky

....I really hate working for a $10B+ company. They constantly flaunt "best workplace" awards on our company homepage when in reality the job is stressful beyond anything I've done previously and I've been cut out of higher pay due to the elimination of certain job titles. The C suite sure likes it.

I've had to train almost all of my coworkers and mentor them in the various roles they have, to the point where Im making a guide/reference so they stop asking questions. Only now do I truly realize the difficulty of distilling 10+ years of knowledge and wisdom into something easily consumable.

How it started vs how its going. Im super proud of myself for the commitment Ive shown toward getting healthy. My goal has changed since the start, I originally wanted to just get down to 250lbs but now I want to see if I can hit 10% body fat over all.

Im honestly shocked with how well Star Citizen plays right now. It's far from perfect and there is no hand holding when it comes to how to do damn near anything in the game. But Im kind of used to that at this point, Im just surprised I was able to play for 6 hours with only 1 crash.

Is it normal for everything to go the shit when you take time off of work? Cause it seems like everytime I do everything collapses and people lose their fucking minds. Then I have to come and fix everything when I come back, it's rough.

Im getting tired of handling 7 figures worth of profitable sales while only making a 5 figure income. Its depressing as hell writing an order in one day worth more that what I make in a whole year. And even more depressing when its more than I make in three.
