It’s possible my case is too narrow - eBay seller messed up postage and I had to drive to pick up a $2 card held hostage by USPS for $0.22. There’s basically no room for the seller to recover enough for it to not be very annoying to me - refunding my couple bucks isn’t close :(.

Bummer, that seems like a tough problem. It seems like the ability for great products or vendors to differentiate gets lost as a result.
