today starts week four of couch to 5k, so gone are the 1.5 minute runs and in comes the 3 and 5 minute intervals.

i didn’t think i could do 1.5 or 3, but i did. so i can do this, too. just gotta find ways to keep my muscles warm (the obvious answer is go faster but the physical response is no way)
