Because they’re Black, they must be looting? This isn’t an honest mistake.

Spread truth, not lies: These folks weren’t looters. This footage is from KTLA, where the homeowner explained that her brothers & friends were helping her move belongings out of her burned house.

FWIW:

The DOJ has moved to dismiss the classified documents case only against Trump.

The prosecution of his co-defendants, Walt Nauta and Carlos de Oliveira, will continue because “no principle of temporary immunity applies to them.”
(ANOTHER) FILING JUST HITTING THE DOCKET:

Special Counsel, Jack Smith, has now filed his Motion to Dismiss the Appeal as to Donald J. Trump, in the MAL classified documents case.

Trump alone didn't beat the justice system.

He had help.

It took Oligarchs relentlessly amplifying his lies on their media platforms.

Ethically compromised members of the Supreme Court.

70+ million willing to vote for a convicted felon.

There's a lot to fix. But it can be fixed. It must.

Key takeaways:

- the government's position on the merits of the prosecution has not changed.

- the Department's Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) was consulted on DOJ policy and constitutional questions re: prosecuting a sitting president. Their interpretation is binding.

Scenario 1: Jack does not resign. A symbolic but ineffective defiance. Gets fired on day 1 of the incoming administration. His SC report get editorialized and/or buried.

Scenario 2: Jack resigns. Finishes his report summarizing the investigations. Garland makes it public.

It's scenario 2.

There is no way to spin it. It's a dark day for justice.

Even if this DOJ had somehow ignored its own policy and the resultant constitutional chaos by continuing its prosecution of a now elected President, his incoming AG would have immediately dropped all charges.

The DOJ ran out of time.

Hey you, buy the precut fruit and veggies, no, I know it’s not cheaper, I can read, but you’re not going to go home and cut them and put them away like you said. You’re actually going to NOT eat them if they’re not pre-cut so you’re actually wasting money. You are welcome, I love you too.

President Biden tried to raise the overtime threshold, which is the point where salaried workers are entitled to earn overtime pay. It would have helped millions. A Trump appointed judge in Texas just blocked it.

Please tell me you see which party is actually fighting for the average worker.
