For me it is the Atari 2600 Pac-Man glitch that allows Pac to travel from the top to the bottom of the screen without being stopped by the borders:

I do that a lot...usually from my own vehicle, though. Not sure I'd be brave enough to do so otherwise, although I once called one ugly without knowing the owner was standing right behind me.

They're trying to change the perception so that, when the files are opened, the damage isn't as bad. Hopefully they are unsuccessful.

Sadly, I think he's going to try to put his ugly mug on everything he can (the new ballroom, Mt Rushmore, money, etc.) We may never be rid of him!
