I was in SF for the Loma Prieta quake. My bldg (new) had two staircases (it is a 100 unit bldg for srs/disabled). One staircase was partially blocked because its roof tower collapsed into it, making 3 floors unusable. Other bldgs my mgmt co handled also had some staircase damage. All were glad for 2

If TFG wants his name n a bldg, I say we build a new wing on the Fed Supermax in CO and name it after him. A new prison would be prohibitively expensive, but expanding the Smax makes sense. It should be built to Smax stds, but allow for low security prisoners like EVEYRONE associated w/ this admin

Current copping involves the shift in training from around 50 years ago to 20 years ago. The militarization of the police also led to a drastic change in the focus of training. “Force protection” makes total sense on the battlefield and is 1,000% wrong for cops, leading to cascades of terrible
