He was all the other cats’ favorite cat. Sparky was a box/bag fiend. Munday could weigh 80lbs if you needed her moved

This is who we are now to people outside the country. It’s not just “policies” or “trouble at customs” or even fear of deportation. It’s US, the people of America. No, #NotAllAmeticans , but enough. Enough tires slashed, windows smashed, snide remarks, refusals of service, online threats. It’s us.

I’ll start: This is my favorite outhouse. It belongs to a friend of mine and is on Pearse Island—a little island in the Johstone Strait off the coast of BC. He has a little cabin there. He’s a whaleologist.

My Alba. Found at 4 mos old in a parking lot in Oakland, CA. Deafie. Loved beyond measure for 11+ years. Gone, but always here.
