this time we leave off Secure Boot (because i think it's one of the core problems i had when using Linux)
and yes, it's Fedora instead of PikaOS like i thought i'd intend to, but i wanted a first-party distro to use for now.

There's nothing i did that triggers this. And the only solution i could find for this is "to wait until it goes away".
