It’s one of the most straightforward laws on the books, no law degree is required to see that DOJ is violating it, yet much of the media is still running interference for them.

Given all the lawyers involved (including members of Congress), I’ve been assuming that the committee will hold back other explosive estate materials until after DOJ makes its move. A DOJ that hasn’t gone full-blown stupid would understand the implication.

I despise the GOP, but their tactics are impressive for the reason that you list, plus their ability to instantly get everyone on the same message and flood every communications medium with it until reality complies.

I used Stephen King’s Dark Tower series to make an amazing escape, but recently fell out the other end into a nightmare. I need a selective amnesia device right now so I can start all over with “The man in black fled across the desert, and the gunslinger followed.”
