Switched up my speed work after seeing/talking to a guy in my run group.
The runs were a good change of pace and what I needed. August is a tough month for me for some reason. This helped.

Probably hit my peak mileage for training block. Will reduce it probably by 10 miles. Slooooooow taper.

I hit an all-time high of 207 road miles. Ran six days a week with only Tuesday off. Mix of speed runs, back-to-back long runs and easy runs.

Did some heavy b2b of 15, 17 and a 7/20 miles w little trouble.
Was able to record my best time at the B-More 10 Miler. Tough race b/c of the terrain & heat.
