An increasing number of kidnappings of LA residents by masked terrorists into private vehicles with no plates over the past few days.
MacArthur Park, Los Angeles, 6/18 around 9:30am — Unidentified masked terrorists kidnapped an elderly homeless man off the street and bundled him into a private car with no license plate.
