So Christine McNamara just sits there while people tell her how disgraceful she is. It takes a certain kind of person to prefer that humiliation to making incremental, democratic changes.

The point was made that not only is the current board self-appointed, but they themselves were appointed by unelected self-appointers. A bit pathetic.

The lack of democratic process truly is embarrassing. The board president must really think she wouldn't win in a fair election.

As expected, the board president chose not to open them. Several people commented requesting a count, and expressing disappointment or embarrassment for the board members, and making the simple request that the ballots be counted and highest counts be seated.

I'd love to see the 1960s, 1980s, and 2000s prices. I know the 60s fees were nominal, because I saw permits in my family's historic paperwork. They were just a few dollars. The newer fees are arbitrary and sometimes designed to discourage people from interaction.

Yes, if you vote twice they say they'll toss the paper ballot. Makes sense I think, although I'd personally probably opt for the paper ballot.

I find Merriman River Group to be quite technically 'immature' in their apps, and I'm surprised groups use them. Highly hackable.

The annual office budget was about $110k in 1980. Based on inflation, it should be about $400k now. Is it twice that now, or more?
