Today I was at the Tate Modern where the AIDS Memorial Quilts are on display. These Quilts are made by lived ones in memory of someone they live who died of the virus before effective treatment was available. It is a proud tribute to these most young people who lost their lives and lived in fear.

I've had a wonderful weekend in Yorkshire, staying with the besties. Walking, drinking, laughing. I saw lots of curlews and lapwing. Such a treat. This is at the back of her cottage.
