a big announcement! (im not graduating dw, just pls read!!)

tldr; ive felt a bit of dissatisfaction with my current visuals & having to cancel so ill be taking a step back from streaming to work on new stuff that i can be proud of
announcement time!! (no im not graduating dont worry) hey guys! i breifly talked about this in vc on discord as well as a little on stream, but i've been feeling slightly stangant with my content and my model. i still really like it but i've been working on a live2d model in my own time and i just want to be able to use it asap but i also dont have the funds to invest in rigging currently. another factor into my desire for a new model is i've finally settled on a character concept and i want to do a slight rebrand for both my design and my other assets (mainly my overlay) to match. most of these assets will still be made by me but one thing in particular is way out of my skillset and i have found an artist to commission for it when i am able to. what does this mean for my streams? streams will likely take a backseat to working on my model, new assets, and any commissions sent my way. i've had my fair share of days where i had streams planned but just felt like i would rather work on things, and currently i feel i do want to prioritize this work time. i'll stream when i feel like it and might even give you guys some sneak peeks at the new stuff! i won't be making schedules for the forseeable future so i don't feel like i'm letting you guys down when i have ended up cancelling. hope you guys are excited for the future of me!! -palengrey

If you use or were considering using SAMMI, switch to a different program.

The new sole developer is extremely pro-AI, has already started using it in the code, and is in support of its use for genAI images as well. Everyone who protested this was told to leave the server and stop using SAMMI.
Chrizz, now the sole developer of SAMMI, saying: I want to clarify some things and I apologize ahead of time if this sounds rude. It's still work in the progress but since people seem to have complaints about allowing AI in SAMMI. AI has always been a thing in SAMMIs source code itself. SAMMI is a tool that allows the users to do whatever they want with it. The change the previous DEV Team made about forbidding AI art will be reverted, but there will be the necessity to let people know if you use AI art. I also will revert some other changes like the extension policy. Why am I doing this? It's easy, because every person should be able to decide on their own if they want to use AI or not as well as if they want to support AI. If you can not respect this decission, it's ok. Everyone can have their own oppinion about this and if your oppinion is different, feel free to no longer support or use SAMMI. Chrizz, now the sole developer of SAMMI, saying: since things are getting way more out of hand now, please read this and if you don't wanna use SAMMI when it allows AI and uses AI in the source code, please leave the server instead of getting rude in the lobby
