i said i was done posting about Burner but i do need to post this page on its own.

idk it's very important to me as an illustration, and i just want it to have a chance to stand apart by itself.

making comics is hard, but sometimes i get to create pages like this and life changes for a little bit

a digital illustration of a man sleeping on what appears to be a bed. the color scheme is dreamy in dark blue and cyan. the man is nude and viewed exclusively from the side. the blankets rest on deep space, and the draping folds sink into and become a pool of water. his arm drapes off the side of his bed and all of it from his latissimus to his fingertips is made of some kind of synthetic material. his fingertips dip into the water creating a circular outward ripple, and a halo spins with a tilted rotation around his hand. blood seems to exit the water under his fingers and floats upward in large globules as if suspended in zero gravity. his face is that of someone sleeping, but blood on the left side of his face trickles up his forehead to float off of his body. the water is full of stars and the ripples collide with small waves of water as if on a beach or riverside, and finally at the lower right corner of the image a teal-toned pixelated glitch is opening up a void of blackness.
