I demand a recount. If you combine all the Pony/Town Away votes I believe there is a tie for second with Macca.

The only time we heard Ipswich on the broadcast was when they jeered their own side. The announcer said things about trying to encourage them in the attack, but he didn't seem to believe his own words.

It was a glorious point for our lads. And I'm sure the noise didn't hurt their performance.

You were much louder on the broadcast. Sounded like a home match at times.

Emu. We need to try to keep their population down, or they will win the next Emu War by an even larger margin than the Great Emu War.

Awesome. Thank you.

I now have a new bucket list item. To hear your commentary to the entire trilogy. Consider recording one, perhaps? 🤣

Is that a thing? Have you discovered a new thing? Who needs director commentaries? We need MST3K-style commentaries!

As someone who has tried to avoid all of this, I have no earthly idea about what bamboo refers to. But, and it is a big "but", despite my desperate desire to not learn anything about this and my curated list of mute words, I am going to find out eventually, aren't I?

Good advice has been shared here. Having broken several of these, with my wife ahead of me by a couple, we both send sympathy your way. Hope you get some sleep.

Who knew such a small body part could hurt so dang much.

Well, thanks to your recommendation, I believe that awesome idea will be tried more frequently. See, we CAN have nice things. 😍

I thought of that scene!
November 22, 2025 at 3:34 AM
That is amazing. Or horrific. Or... both?

I just showed the ad to my wife and she immediately started laughing. "Not just me, then?" was my response.

Thank you for exposing a vile troll. My mashing the block button exercises needed some practice.

Nice sentence, by the way. I felt satisfied just reading it. F*** trolls.

I love these sorts of posts so very, VERY much.

Seeing other people happy brings me you. Even tiny people who live in my phone.

Congrats.

Mamdani has been prepared well. Standing confidently over the elderly man, smiling in just the proper way to indicate that he is understanding of the limitations of the guy slumped in the chair next to him. If it hasn't been pre-planned, it's a brilliant instinct.

I am reusing "the shouty shows" in the future. Brilliant.

Not defending him necessarily, but he was ruling out a completion and down by contact.

But Captain Obvious was almost certainly quite proud of that assertion.

Not that anyone who has ever blocked me has changed their mind, but if they did, I'd certainly be posting the same content that they blocked me for earlier. I don't know why anyone would change their mind about me, as I'm just a nobody outside of my football fandom.

Yes, they are very, very far from the PSR number. This article that I refuse to click on out of principles must have a huge misunderstanding of the numbers. Or it's deliberately click bait.

Boardwalk Empire: The Birth, High Times, and Corruption of Atlantic City by Nelson Johnson.

The HBO series is only loosely-related to the book.

Whoever called it the "funny bone" was a twisted, sick human being.

Yeah, that'll do it.

My mom's mom was a spectacular cook, but my mom suffered from the burn it to a crisp, boil it to a pulp method. We had a huge volume of wild asparagus growing up, and I hated it because the only way it was cooked was boiled to a tasteless mush. 😢
