It amazes me every game just how weak and frankly braindead his in-game coaching is. People say Jalen is carried when no one is along for the ride like Nick.

Problem is Joel seems nowhere near what he once was as a defender and rebounder, and PG hasn’t played yet so I reserve any judgment on his game, but I’m not expecting too much. I just think right now d and rebounding are what they really need. Hopefully they improve on it as the season goes.

Still convinced the combo of Embiid and PG’s contracts will keep this iteration of the team from being flexible enough to fill in gaps. But they’re fun at least and thinking of like year 4 VJ is very exciting.
