I really am enjoying green tea over energy drinks. it's so much better for me in the long run and I've noticed significantly faster results.

making sure I take my antidepressants by forcing myself to take them in order to take my ADHD meds (I'm more inclined to take those cuz they're a stimulant and curb my appetite phenomenally)

Omad! 2 eggs and 1 small potato. i definitely undercooked the potato so I'm probably not gonna eat it but hey. that's cals saved so I'm not complaining too much. The eggs are really good. cooked them all together with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. really good.

35.5 hours into this fast and lowkey feeling ok. I've been feeling shitty either way. I've been nauseous, but when I don't eat there's nothing to throw up when I get really nauseous, so it's a win lol
