This worked well. Roast ribs of beef with spuds, carvallo nero and carots. Bit of gravy and wine. There have been worse #cookingwithpaddy

#teamblewer coming to the new forest for a long time. 2 kids who love it. The natural beauty of the forest and awesome wildlife engagement. Pigs, horses, sheep, cows, deer, ostriches & bats. Also excellent beer. Hampshire is rich. Missing kirsty and petra.
