La relación entre nueva vivienda construida y aumento de precios es muy débil en la UE.
Eso no quiere decir que no haya que construir cuando hay carencias de oferta. Quiere decir que, además, hacen falta otras medidas para reducir precios.

Un dato que sorprenderá a mucha gente.
La relación entre nueva vivienda construida y aumento de precios es muy débil en la UE.

I think of fossil fuels as humanity’s “black start” — they bought us the ability to figure out renewable energy technologies. But it’s just dumb — expensive, polluting — to keep the diesel generator running once the lights are on.

I read so many essays on AI's biases + dangers — particularly re: its applications in governance — and think: if you swapped "big data" for "AI," this very essay could've been written 10+yrs ago. In fact, this same essay was written, 100x, 10yrs ago. The think pieces perpetuate the ahistoricism.
