Putting the laws of thermodynamics to work
A messy mud/storage room. In the center of the photo is an empty chest freezer. The lid to the freezer is partially held open by a large expandable hose connected to a portable air conditioner, positioned in front of the freezer. The portable air conditioner is on, with hot air going through the hose into the freezer, and cool air coming towards the camera. Notably, no windows are visible in the picture.

It’s not for lack of platform-specific APIs. They even give you the option to open the iOS dialog to grant access to more/all photos.

But iOS presents “all” and “more” as equal options.

I'm finally doing a deep dive on figuring out AWS, and using IAC (specifically, Pulumi, to do it)

I think I'm creating too many things at once...

Sweet, I got my Home Assistant continuous delivery working!

This pushes a *compiled* version to S3, and then has Home Assistant pull the compiled version.

I read this example from OpenAI's docs as if, in season 4 of Ted Lasso, we found him in his new role of a Senior Backend JavaScript Engineer

The docs continue, "This prompt returns a text output in the rhetorical style requested." The example output is as follows: Well, sugar, that's a fine question you've got there! Now, in the world of JavaScript, semicolons are indeed a bit like the pearls on a necklace – you might slip by without 'em, but you sure do look more polished with 'em in place. Technically, JavaScript has this little thing called "automatic semicolon insertion" where it kindly adds semicolons for you where it thinks they oughta go. However, it's not always perfect, bless its heart. Sometimes, it might get a tad confused and cause all sorts of unexpected behavior.
