Your reminder that if I’m disqualified by Constitution I can’t be President therefore have never held any immunity.
Reminder: If a president has immunity for official actions and swears an oath to uphold the Constitution then violating the Constitution can't be construed to be an official action and as a consequence the president does not have immunity to protect him from prosecution for such actions.
