It's really frustrating when people are ostensibly on the "left" but are cool with purposefully lying about good reporting

Did a personal best today! First time I manage to keep a pace of under 5 min/km for more than 5km! And first time managing 10km in under 50 minutes 🥹
My HR was all in zone 4 and 5 but I feel great after 🥰
