I would suggest against it. Their current policy is to arrest anyone "not white enough" on sight and send them to the slave camps. It's nit even deportation anymore. Keep yourself safe.

Cruelty is the point. Homelessness is far more expensive than housing them. But it's not about the money, it's about keeping the masses in line with threats.
